  • Explain unclaimed property issues facing the tech industry
  • Understand how potential California audit enhancements or amnesty program may impact the tech sector
  • Learn accounting and legal risk mitigation and compliance strategies
  • Evaluate best practices

While many are focused on the latest tech innovation, little are paying attention to the escheat issues companies face related to these products, the contracts surrounding them, returns, etc. Moreover, given much of the tech sector is based in Silicon Valley, the recent proposals in California on enhanced audits and a possible amnesty program only further heighten the issue. In this webinar, our presenters will walk through some of these issues, how companies may handle them, and what we are seeing on the horizon.
