Clay Kniepmann, CPA, CFE
BDO Advisory Manager, Forensic Investigation & Litigation Support Services
Clay has ten years’ experience providing forensic accounting and consulting services to various levels of management, general and outside counsel, and law enforcement.  He has participated in numerous investigations, both domestic and international, involving allegations of fraud and misappropriation, as well as Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) violations.  In addition, Mr. Kniepmann has assisted with anti-corruption (Both FCPA and UK Bribery Act) compliance programs around the world. He has performed dispute and litigation services including damage calculations, reconstruction of historical financial information, preparation of expert witness reports, and post-merger and acquisition dispute arbitration matters.
 
Jeffrey T. Harfenist, CPA

Jeff Harfenist focuses on proactive compliance audits and reactive investigations into alleged fraud. He has managed teams on some of the most high-profile investigations in U.S. history, including Tyco, Enron and AIG.  Mr. Harfenist has extensive experience leading domestic and international engagements for public and private organizations across numerous industries. His practice focuses on fraud-related matters, including the FCPA, kickbacks, embezzlement, Ponzi schemes, financial statement fraud, anti-corruption due diligence and joint venture audits.
