At the conclusion of this event, attendees will be able to:
- Explain the five criteria for an eligible costs
- Review the latest developments of E-VMS
- Discuss how to report RNP and UNP
- Calculate the correct reporting of cash
- Report HAP, UAP and FSS escrows in the correct month and correct VMS field (Accrual)
- Explain what HUD is looking for in QAD and QAT reviews
- Explain accounting and reporting for MTW flexibilities
- Review monthly leasing levels to maximize administrative fee funding and unit leasing
- Analyze projected year end Program Reserve levels that may be subject to offset
- Review the latest GASB and HUD updates
- Analyze the new required updates for the MD&A
