At the conclusion of this event, attendees will be able to:

• Discuss how to report RNP and UNP
• Calculate the correct reporting of cash
• Report HAP, UAP and FSS escrows in the correct month and correct VMS field (Accrual)

• Explain accounting and reporting for MTW flexibilities 
• Review monthly leasing levels to maximize administrative fee funding and unit leasing
• Analyze projected year end Program Reserve levels that may be subject to offset
• Review the latest GASB and HUD updates 
• Analyze the new required updates for the MD&A

To receive CPE credit for participation in a live program you must check-in at the beginning and actively participate throughout the session. You will receive an email notification once the attendance record has been processed, including instructions on how to access your CPE certificate. If you need to leave mid-session, please visit the registration desk prior to leaving.
