Rob Bright

Rob Bright provides technical accounting, financial reporting, and project management leadership to wide range of clients across various industries, including the manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, software, transportation, insurance, nonprofit, and service industries. He has more than 30 years of experience focusing on resolving complex U.S. GAAP, SEC, and IFRS accounting and reporting issues, including revenue recognition, complex financing transactions and capital structures, leasing transactions, derivatives and hedging, business combinations, impairment, foreign currency, and consolidations. He also assists companies with accounting and financial reporting issues related to new standard implementations, initial public offerings, debt offerings and other financings. Rob previously served as a principal in Accounting Services with AC Lordi and as a manager with a Big Four consulting firm.
