OMB Issues the Supercircular

On December 26, 2013, the U.S. Office of Management and Budget issued the final “Supercircular,” a consolidation of the various regulations governing Federal grant-receiving organizations’ audit and administrative processes. We’ve been tracking this issue closely on the blog (see our previous posts here and here), and now Eric Sobota of BDO’s Government Contracting practice joins Rachel Conway of Save the Children (full disclosure: a BDO client) and Stuart Turner of Arnold & Porter to offer new analysis outlining the major changes the Supercircular ushers in for the nonprofit sector.
