PCAOB Announces BDO USA’s Lillian Ceynowa as New Member of SEIAG

CHICAGO, February 2, 2026 — BDO USA is pleased to announce that Lillian Ceynowa, National Managing Principal, Audit Quality and Quality Management, has been appointed to serve on the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board’s (PCAOB) Standards and Emerging Issues Advisory Group (SEIAG). 

Lillian’s extensive background in audit quality, regulatory matters, and standard setting will be a tremendous asset to SEIAG. Her leadership at BDO in audit quality and independence, combined with her 11 years shaping auditing standards at the PCAOB and her policy work at CAQ and AICPA, make her exceptionally well-suited for this role.
