Steve McElfresh, VP People Operations, New Relic. Steve began work with New Relic as a consultant in 2008, when it was still a virtual gleam in Lew Cirne’s eye. He finally joined New Relic full time in 2012 as VP of People. Before New Relic, Steve led two HR consulting organizations, Saratoga Institute and HR Futures, working with start-ups and F100 companies on the people challenges of organizational growth. Previously, he had been the chief HR officer with several technology organizations, most recently SRI International.

Mark Harris, CFO, Malwarebytes. As CFO, Mark oversees accounting, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, internal audit, and tax functions at Malwarebytes. Prior to joining in 2014, he led a $350m trade sale at a near-record revenue multiple, a $150m IPO on the Full London Stock Exchange, and several successful VC/debt raises with top-tier investors.

Amos Soliveres, Corporate Controller, Quantcast. Amos truly has an international background having spent almost 3 years in Dublin, Ireland as the International Controller for Quantacast and 4 years in Spain as an audit manager for PwC. Amos graduated from Universitat Abat Oliba CEU in Barcelona with degrees in law and business administration & management.


Hitesh Shah, Business Development Director, BDO. Hitesh has over 25 years of experience spanning startup through venture financing and eventual M&A exits in multiple high technology companies. He has raised over $100M in venture capital for four different startups. Hitesh has served in multiple executive roles as CFO, COO and CEO.
