Please join your fellow FutureCFOs for a quarterly discussion on current issues and best practices that are unique to your organization and the technology and life sciences industries. This is a great opportunity to exchange information and seek guidance from your peers who may have experience with similar challenges.
This quarter, we’ve invited a guest speaker, Robert Sher who will discuss how midsized companies face a distinct set of challenges unlike those faced by their smaller and larger counterparts. These challenges create ideal conditions for the emergence of seven silent growth killers, nasty pitfalls that drain a firm’s momentum, energy, and viability. Our presenter is an advisor and coach to CEOs, and he’ll discuss the crucial role CFOs can play in guiding the founders and CEOs of these firms, working with them to develop what we call their Leadership Operating System.
