Understand the 2023 DOL Final Rule updates to the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA) and apply them to complex compliance scenarios, including classification, site of work, and fringe benefit requirements.

Develop the ability to interpret and apply Massachusetts prevailing wage laws, including proper classifications, rate determinations, and common compliance risks at the state level.

Gain a working understanding of Inflation Reduction Act prevailing wage and apprenticeship (PWA) requirements and how they impact eligibility for enhanced tax credits, including documentation and compliance strategies.

Learn how to effectively respond to and manage DOL Wage and Hour Division and state OAG investigations, including audit triggers, documentation expectations, and risk mitigation practices.
