On July 1, 2020, the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) replaced the 26-year-old North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). While USMCA retains most of NAFTA's rules, major changes to the specific rules of origin for the auto industry are notable. Join us for an interactive discussion on the specific information that manufacturers, suppliers, importers, and exporters need to know about USMCA, including the requirements to take advantage of duty-free treatment when shipping across the territory borders, new certification procedures, minimum data requirements, and more.

Co-Hosted by: BDO USA and Alabama Automotive Manufacturers Assoication and in Partnership with: Georgia Automotive Manufacturers Association, Mississippi Auto Manufacturers Assoication, Tennessee Automative Manufacturers Association, and South Carolina Manufacturers Alliance.
