We would like to invite you to attend our exclusive CFO Roundtable. This quarterly series presented by BDO USA, LLP features an intimate group format providing a platform for Bay Area CFOs to discuss hot topics currently impacting public companies and seek guidance from your peers, who experience similar challenges.
Employee engagement is a critical issue for corporate leaders and there’s a good reason for it. Talent is at a premium in the Bay Area and a disengaged workforce does more harm than understood. Organizations in the top tier of healthy employee engagement outperform their peers by 147% in earnings per share and have a 90% better growth trend than their competition. However, only 30% of U.S. workers are engaged with a large number “actively” disengaged. How do you inspire employees to get off the sidelines and get into the game? Jill Christensen has uncovered a proven strategy to turn your disengaged workforce into a unified high-performing team, resulting in increased prots, customer satisfaction, productivity, and retention. In addition to learning this strategy, you’ll leave with the following actionable takeaways:
  • Why traditional approaches to employee engagement don’t work.
  • Tactics to engage your CEO in the strategy.
  • Inspiration on how to achieve your goals.
We hope you will join your fellow CFOs to engage with Jill and each other, and receive a copy of her best-selling book. We look forward to seeing you on June 20th.
8:00 AM to 8:30 AM – Registration
