Whether your board experiences significant turnover in composition or the occasional replacement or addition of new members, boards need a plan for orienting their members. Considerations as to how to familiarize your directors with the workings of both the organization as well as the board should be a priority for effective  board operations.

Join BDO and fellow board of directors for a discussion of practices for onboarding your board. Focal points will include developing board leaders emphasizing performance of key roles and responsibilities, leveraging and achieving desired competencies and incorporating coaching/mentoring into your board engagement and education.
