After your offer acceptance is received and reviewed, you will receive a notification from DocuSign that a copy is available for you to access.
In preparation for your start with BDO, there are a few items we would like to bring to your attention:
You will be receiving a background check email from HireRight shortly. The link from HireRight will expire within 10 days, so please complete it as soon as possible.
I-9 Verification Process
When you join BDO, you will need to complete the I-9 verification. You will receive an email from the I-9 Service Center on how to complete Section 1 of this verification process.
To assist with the I-9 verification process, please have ready the contact information (full legal first and last name, and email) of an adult ‘Designated Agent’ who can physically view acceptable forms of your identification in person. You will be asked to provide the details of your nominated Designated Agent through the I-9 Service Center. It can be a colleague, friend, family member, etc., as long as they are an adult, and can view your documents in person. The Designated Agent will automatically receive instructions on how to complete Section 2 of your Form I-9 through the I-9 Service Center, after you have completed Section 1.
If you do not have someone you can nominate as a Designated Agent to help with viewing your ID in person as described above, please notify your HR representative for next steps.
Please refer to the I-9 'List of Acceptable Documents' flyer in your offer packet for what constitutes acceptable forms of ID. All documents must be unexpired.
