Jill Svoboda

Jill has more than 21 years of audit and assurance experience. She has extensive experience with the audits of private and public companies as well as coordinating the preparation of financial statements and compliance reports in accordance with GAAP, SEC, and PCAOB guidelines. She works with clients to identify, recommend, and implement accounting and internal control improvements for management based on analyses of company operations, policies, and procedures.

Her industry experience includes hospitality, real estate, technology, financial services/specialty finance, retail, manufacturing, and distribution. She also co-leads our Dallas real estate industry group and leads the employee benefit plan audit practice in Dallas.

Jill also serves on the Senior Leadership Council of the Firm’s Women’s Inclusion program and previously led the Southwest Region’s efforts for Women’s Inclusion. She previously served as the market prominence team catalyst working with principals and managers across the firm on strategic initiatives and regularly participates in the firm’s inspection program focused on audit quality.
