Jackie McCall is BDO’s National Director of Talent Acquisition who manages the firm’s Recruitment Strategy. Jackie spent 15 years recruiting for a variety of teams in the Big 4 prior to joining the firm. She previously directed BDO’s Assurance Recruiting Team and is now focused on strategic objectives for the greater TA team. She works in areas like reporting, headcount management, systems optimization, recruiting structure, talent mapping, performance management, training & development, AI, and identifying new tools to take TA to the next level.
When not working, Jackie enjoys playing volleyball, traveling, volunteering, and gardening.
