This webinar will discuss and provide insights to the recently released final and proposed GILTI regulations. Included in the discussion will be rules relating to domestic partnerships and their domestic partners, the GILTI high tax exclusion included in the proposed regulations, tested income, tested loss and the QBAI, and changes to the anti-abuse rules.
