This one-hour webinar will address the recent tax reform legislation (The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act) that was signed into law in December 2017.

We will address the corporate and insurance tax provisions of the legislation and discuss tax reform from an accounting, legal and M&A standpoint.
 
The webinar will focus on current concerns, ramifications for the Insurance industry, and what you and your company need to consider when implementing the changes resulting from the legislation.
 
Learning Objectives:
  • Explain the relevant corporate and insurance tax provisions contained in the legislation, 
  • Learn about the ramifications of the legislation on insurance company tax liability and deferred taxes, 
  • Discuss the impact of the legislation on both life insurance companies and property/casualty insurance companies.
