BDO’s SALT Practice invites you to attend a complimentary webinar focusing on state income tax as well as 2020 legislative and judicial developments. The webinar will review state legislative responses to the “Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act” (CARES Act) as well as nexus and apportionment developments resulting from work-from-home orders and the implications to state individual income tax and payroll withholding obligations. In addition, this webinar will cover state developments in the areas of unitary/combined reporting and pass-through entity taxes, among other areas.
Attendees are eligible for 1.5 CPE Credits in Tax.
