Please join BDO USA, LLP for the next session of our 2021 BDO KNOWLEDGE Nonprofit and Education Webinar Series, “Risk Assessment in the Age of Uncertainty."
Even before the pandemic, social, economic, technological, political and generational forces were converging to create an uncertain future. The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated and amplified a host of new challenges and risks that nonprofits must navigate.
Throughout this unprecedented global crisis, it may seem nearly impossible to focus on the significant, day-to-day decisions necessary to continue operations and maintain the health and safety of employees and the public while also refocusing and revising long-term organizational strategies and missions.
However, leveraging appropriate risk management activities and processes can help organizations both identify, assess, and respond to the ever-changing risk environment and capitalize on the opportunities presented in times of crisis to best position themselves for success in the future.
