BDO USA, LLP invites you to join us for a review of impacts from recent tax reforms in the US and global initiatives around reporting of profits that face many multinational organizations and how mobile employees can affect the outcomes.

Learning Objectives: 
  • Gain a better understanding of the impacts of tax reform on a company’s international structure.
  • Be able to determine effect of Section 965 has on repatriation of foreign funds to the U.S.
  • Develop an understanding of the new provisions added by tax reform, including provisions relating to a participation exemption, global intangible low taxed income (“GILTI”), and base erosion and anti-abuse tax (“BEAT”)
  • Develop insight into how Global Mobility and mobile employees affect the calculation under Base Erosion and Profit Splitting
