Making the Most of Data Analytics

Restaurants are faced with new and different challenges and threats on a daily basis, including fraud and corruption risk. These challenges not only come with financial ramifications, but can greatly challenge your brand and customer confidence. How do you manage these risks while also providing strategic value to your company?

The first half of our Restaurant CFO Roundtable discussion will cover the role that data analytics is playing in restaurants like yours. We will walk through multiple case studies demonstrating how you can use the data that you already have at your fingertips to help with fraud prevention and fraud detection. We will also discuss the ways in which other restaurants have used data analytics to gain a competitive advantage through predictive analytics, modeling and artificial intelligence.

Overview of Tax Reform

Tax Reform is slated to be passed before the end of 2017. The second half of our Roundtable we will focus on the sections of Tax Reform most relevant to the restaurant industry.
