The Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) is a widely used document format intended to permit contracting officials, customers and users to easily assess the accessibility of BDO’s products (if any) and services against the standards set forth in Section 508 of the United States Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended (29 U.S.C. § 794d), as well as the guidelines set forth in Section 255 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended by the Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act of 2010 (47 U.S.C. § 255).
