Flex is available for everyone, regardless of level. All employees are encouraged to take advantage of the kinds of flexibility that will work for them and for the firm – whether they need an afternoon to attend a child’s soccer game, or a schedule adjustment to accomodate a client in another time zone.
Day-To-Day Flex – Small choices and changes that allow for temporary schedule adjustments, such as working from home while waiting for the plumber, or going to the gym one day a week during business hours.
Formal Flex – Used when there is an official change in how, where, or when an individual works, including non-standard working hours, telecommuting, or taking on a reduced workload.
Predictable Work Breaks – Used individually or as a team to plan and take uninterrupted breaks from work.
