Addressing Capital Constraints in Non-standard Situations

BDO’s Special Situations group specializes in helping distressed debtors facing non-standard situations secure needed capital. Our process begins with an assessment of your situation and your objectives. With this understanding, we will then work to prepare you to effectively negotiate debtors, lender groups, business development companies (BDCs), equity and debt funds, and other investors to present and review your business plan, financial projections and context — including industry assessment, competitive landscape, risks and opportunities.
