Paul Davison

Paul is the Office Managing Principal for Assurance Services in BDO’s Jacksonville, Florida office location. He brings over 30 years of experience in public accounting, with 16 years at the principal level. Paul has in-depth experience leading large private company audits and public company audits.

He is knowledgeable in a wide range of financial statement reporting matters, including merger-consummations and interim and annual reporting requirements. Paul has an extensive background in complex accounting matters, including business combinations, leasing, restructuring, complex stock-based compensation matters and derivatives. Some of his industry experience includes technology, manufacturing, consumer products, restaurant, and retail companies.
