Executive Summary

Yuan Chou is a Managing tax director in the Greater Washington, D.C. office where he focuses on core tax accounting methods such as the timing of income recognition and deductions, depreciation, and leasing issues. Prior to joining BDO in August 2007, Yuan was with PricewaterhouseCoopers for eight years, where he primarily worked in the Federal Tax Services group of PwC’s Washington National Tax Services office.
