Matthew Berning

Matthew was born and raised in a small town just south of Dallas, Texas and currently lives in Fort Worth, Texas. He interned and worked full-time for a public accounting firm while working towards his BS and MS in accounting. Matthew graduated with his BS and MS in Accounting in May of 2021 and then joined BDO in November of 2021. Outside of work, Matthew enjoys traveling across the country and world, running, hiking, landscape photography, beekeeping, being with his family, watching football, and spending time with his fiancé.
