Jason Rhodes has more than 19 years of public accounting experience advising both public and privately owned organizations. He is a leader in BDO’s Cincinnati Tax practice while also serving as a member of BDO’s Central Region ASC 740 practice group.
His tax experience includes federal, state and local tax compliance and planning, accounting for income taxes, acquisition accounting and internal controls.
Jason has experience in various aspects of federal taxation, including tax profile optimization of multinational businesses for both corporate and flow-thru entities, multistate tax issues, income tax compliance, ASC 740 review, mergers and acquisitions, purchase price allocations in acquisitions and many others.
He has experience serving a range of industries, including automotive, manufacturing, construction, technology and private equity. Jason enjoys leveraging his knowledge and experience to add value to his clients’ organizations.
