Bob Tirva, Board Member, Resonant Inc.
Bob serves as a member of the board of directors of Resonant Inc, a public company focused on creating innovative designs of filters for radio frequency (RF) front-ends for the mobile device industry. He was formerly the Chief Financial Officer of Intermedia, a leading cloud UCaaS and business application provider from 2016 to 2019. Bob also has career experience with Dropbox, Broadcom, IBM, Navistar and Ernst & Young. He holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
 
David Chun, Founder and CEO, Equilar
David has led Equilar since its inception to become one of the most trusted names in corporate governance.  He has been recognized as one of the “100 Most Influential Players in Corporate Governance” by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), the Disruptor Award by 2020 Women on Boards and Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business. David often speaks publicly on corporate governance and board diversity matters, including events hosted by The Conference Board, Corporate Board Member, The HR Policy Association, NACD, NASDAQ, NYSE, the Society for Corporate Governance and Stanford’s Directors’ College.
 
David serves on the boards of Connectiv, the business information association of SIIA, and the Asian Pacific Fund Community Foundation. He is on the Advisory Council for the Angel Island Immigration Station Foundation and is a member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and Past Chair of the SF Bay Chapter. David is also a Trustee of the Committee for Economic Development (CED), a founding member of the Council of Korean Americans (CKA) and a former advisory board member of the Wharton Center for Entrepreneurship.
 
David earned his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelors of Science with Honors in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
 
Julie Stein, Board Member, BrainChip
Julie is an experienced Lead Independent Director, Committee Chair, Chief Executive and entrepreneur with 30 years of experience spanning the technology, real estate and investment banking industries. Her extensive experience with the public and private capital markets includes the negotiation, structuring, acquisition and/or sale of over $10 billion in financial transactions.
 
Julie has served most recently as the Lead Independent Director, Chair of the Audit & Governance Committee and Member of the Remuneration & Nomination Committee of BrainChip Holdings, Ltd (ASX:BRN), and as a Member on the Audit Committee serving the JDRF International Board.

Susan Kim, CFO, App Annie
Susan is currently the CFO of App Annie, the leading provider of data and analytics for mobile app performance. She was previously the Chief Financial Officer at Katerra, a construction tech start-up. Prior to Katerra, Susan was a finance executive for KLA-Tencor, a supplier of capital equipment for the semiconductor industry, and Solexel, a solar energy start-up, as well as a technology investment banker at Morgan Stanley.  She started her career as a manufacturing engineer working for Advanced Micro Devices.

Susan holds an MBA and MEM from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University.

Izzy Dawood, CFO, WageWorks
Izzy is a strategic public company Chief Financial Officer with twenty years of experience leading public companies through substantive change and adversity while driving measurable and meaningful results. He has deep knowledge in the areas of finance, accounting, M&A, turnarounds, internal controls, investor relations, stakeholder management, and strategic planning and has extensive experience within the global commercial banking, consumer credit, investment banking and auto lending sectors. Throughout his career, Izzy has built a reputation as a creator of shareholder value, developer of high-performing teams, and remediator of financial irregularities.
 
During his tenure as Chief Financial Officer at Santander Consumer USA Holdings (NYSE: SC), a full-service, technology-driven consumer finance company, Izzy guided the company through multiple high profile and impactful events, including steering the company through a new auditor transition, enhancing trusted relationships with key stakeholders including the regulators, bank lenders and the board of directors and audit committee, and playing a key role in the parent company’s passing of CCAR following three previously failed attempts. In late 2016, Izzy also replaced the leadership team that was responsible for all of the accounting and financial controls activities for the company to drive greater accountability and confidence in its financial results.
 
Izzy serves on the Advisory Board for Promontory Interfinancial Network (PIN), and previously served on the Boards of Finetre/AnnuityNet and Besso Holdings (UK). He also has prior non-profit board experience with Pittsburgh’s Auberle Schools and as a board member with Leadership Pittsburgh.

Izzy holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Wharton School of Business and is a summa cum laude graduate of St. John’s University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in finance. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and currently resides in Dallas, Texas. Izzy is an avid golfer and wine practitioner.
