The phase out of LIBOR as a primary benchmark index rate is scheduled to begin in the U.S. at the end of December 2021, with 1-week and 2-month tenors expiring first. Given the large undertaking, transition from LIBOR is already underway for many companies.
Join speakers from our Valuation practice who will give an update on market developments for the LIBOR transition process, discuss developments around the adoption of the Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR), and provide project planning insights and considerations to help with organizational challenges.
Stay tuned for details on additional webinars in our upcoming series, which will cover the following topics: Leveraging Market Data for Strategic Forecast Considerations, Understanding P3 / Infrastructure Opportunities and Franchise Valuation.
