Excellence in Total Project Performance: Constructing Value
Continuum Advisory Group completed two recent industry studies: one in collaboration with the Construction Users Roundtable (CURT), the second in conjunction with the Construction Industry Institute (CII). Key findings and implications will be presented for financial executives in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industries.
Construction Claims and How to Avoid Litigation
Claims for additional compensation are inevitable on nearly every construction project. These claims may arise from an owner’s decision to modify the plans, requests for additional services, costs related to delays in completing the work, disputes over the scope of services, or a variety of other causes. We will discuss best practices that your company can utilize to minimize such claims and resolve them successfully when they do arise.
