Boards of directors today represent not only shareholders, but a broader constituency including employees, customers and communities. These stakeholders expect the board to be diverse in order to bring different perspectives into the conversation. Join BDO and our guests – an institutional investor and sitting directors – as we discuss the benefits of diversity and how this is being accomplished in the boardroom.
