Tax Reform - Are you up to speed?

We would like to invite you to attend our exclusive CFO Roundtable. This quarterly series presented by BDO USA, LLP features an intimate group format providing a platform for Bay Area CFOs to discuss hot topics currently impacting public companies.

With tax reform signed into law, businesses need to be aware of the broad implications – both on businesses and the people behind them. From lowering the corporate and individual income rates and eliminating numerous deductions, to new rules for pass-through entities, the elimination of the AMT for corporations, and the shift to a territorial tax system, the $1.5 trillion sweeping legislation represents the biggest change to the tax code in a generation. Our impressive panel, Denise Bode, Judy Bruner, and Chip Morgan, will discuss these legislative changes and the potential impacts to the companies you serve.

We hope you will join your fellow CFOs to engage with our panelists and each other. Our objective is to arm you with a few questions you should be able to respond to, regarding tax reform and its impact to corporate strategy.
