BDO USA, LLP invites you to join us for a seminar discussing changes specifically related to entities taxed as Partnerships resulting from the new tax reform bill. While tax reform seems to be the hottest topic lately, it’s hard to decipher what it means for you and your business. Topics of discussion include:
  • Carried interest rules under Section 1061
  • Pass-through deduction under Section 199A
  • Application of the new partnership audit rules
  • Consideration of the general choice of entity with regards to the new tax reform
