Natascha Willer

Natascha has more than 17 years of experience providing accounting, auditing and business advisory services to publicly traded and privately-held companies. She focuses on audits of SEC registrants. Previously, Natascha was with a Big Four public accounting firm for 15 years. 

Natascha has vast experience in managing, supervising and coordinating multi-disciplined teams providing professional services to global companies in various industry sectors including manufacturing, service, retail and consumer products, transportation and logistics and life sciences. During her career, she led multi-national recurring and first year audits which required developing the audit plan and multi-location approach, as well as the organization and coordination of numerous domestic and international teams, including business acquisition accounting and integration of acquired companies.

Natascha's clients appreciate her proactive, transparent and efficient style. She also leads the BDO Germany/Switzerland/Austria Desk for the U.S. practice, leveraging her international background.
