Lacy Lyons, a certified fraud examiner, serves as Disaster Recovery Practice Leader with BDO Government Services and brings more than 16 years of experience overseeing large-scale, federally funded programs. She works with state agencies and local jurisdictions nationwide to maximize federal funding, integrate compliance with operations, and embed transparency, accountability, and sound financial stewardship throughout the program lifecycle.

Her experience spans program design, planning, implementation, and oversight, including program management, compliance monitoring, policy and process development, financial oversight, stakeholder coordination, and regulatory compliance.
