Collins has served as managing principal of TAS tax since 2020, advising clients on tax aspects of domestic and foreign transactions. He brings extensive experience in buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence, tax structuring and transaction-related advisory services for strategic buyers, private equity firms and acquisition targets across a range of industries.

Dannar oversees the firm’s core assurance strategy, service delivery and operational execution across the practice. Over the course of his career, he has helped drive strategic growth in multiple leadership roles, including as South Atlantic market managing principal and as the founding office managing principal of BDO’s Raleigh office.

Dyment leads BDO’s national state and local tax practice and brings more than three decades of experience advising clients on complex multistate tax matters. He also helps businesses and individuals navigate state tax audits and evolving state tax policy. Having previously led the tax function at two public high tech and life sciences organizations, Dyment brings an insider’s understanding to the challenges today’s in-house tax professionals face.

Schweers guides BDO’s forensics practice, helping clients mitigate risk, resolve disputes and address high-stakes matters with forensic accounting insight. Additionally, he advises organizations on complex insurance claims, including the quantification and compilation of claims.

Together, these leaders bring broad experience and valuable perspective to BDO’s board as the firm continues to evolve and meet the needs of its clients and people.
