As nonprofit organizations have begun to adjust to the permanent impacts of COVID-19 operational challenges, many have begun to reevaluate their delivery models, operating structures, internal processes and more.

Nonprofit organizations and higher education institutions have worked hard to help the world navigate the COVID-19 pandemic. While trying to maintain focus on their missions, these organizations and institutions are looking to evaluate impact in a changed world. As organizations begin to have greater confidence in revenue forecasts, nonprofits are beginning to shift their focus from short-term COVID-19 relief to long-term mission planning and implementation.
