Executive Summary

Ching has more than 20 years of corporate tax experience in both private industry and public accounting. Her areas of focus include accounting for income tax, international and local country tax, transfer pricing, Sarbanes-Oxley, Internal Revenue Service (IRS) controversy, U.S. federal and state compliance, and tax planning for cross-border transactions. She serves clients in the energy related sectors, technology, and manufacturing and distribution industries. She serves as the Houston Corporate Tax Services Practice Leader and is the ASC 740 practice leader for the firm’s Central Region. 

Prior to joining BDO, Ching held various positions in oil and gas related multinational companies with operations in over 20 countries. In those roles, she was responsible for all tax aspects of the global business operations including contract negotiation as well as U.S. domestic tax compliance, overall tax planning, and transfer pricing.
