Ching has over 25 years of corporate tax experience spanning both public accounting and industry. As the Texas Tax Market Leader at BDO, she works closely with multinational clients to lead complex income tax reporting, U.S. federal and state compliance, and integrated tax planning initiatives.

She specializes in helping companies manage and scale their tax functions – whether supplementing internal tax teams or leading fully outsourced engagements – while aligning tax strategy with broader business objectives. Her experience includes serving clients across energy, technology, and manufacturing and distribution, and private equity.

Prior to joining BDO, Ching held tax leadership roles within multinational companies. In these roles, she oversaw global tax operations, including compliance and tax planning, and tax considerations in commercial and contractual negotiation – bringing a practical, in-house perspective to her client work today.
