Beth Hoang brings more than 15 years of experience helping organizations achieve business goals by motivating, equipping, and empowering people. Beth leads consulting engagements and teams across People Strategy & Solutions, specializing in culture transformation, internal and executive communications, employee engagement, and leadership development. She has extensive experience across a variety of sectors, including technology, manufacturing, financial services, telecommunications, higher education, and energy, with particular skill supporting go-to-market and customer-facing teams undergoing SaaS and other major business transformations.​

Whether helping a global technology spin-off articulate and activate its culture or equipping a newly formed leadership team to align on a refreshed strategy and strengthen their leadership capabilities, Beth approaches each project with curiosity and fresh thinking. She feels most rewarded when helping organizations find clarity in complex challenges and unlocking the potential of their leaders and people to shape the solution.​

In previous roles, Beth designed and implemented communications strategies for clients navigating change or crisis, including developing clear and compelling communications materials with integrated financial, IR, and business strategies. She also managed media outreach, trained C-suite executives in messaging and media, and led end-to-end crisis preparedness and planning at the enterprise level.​

She lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband and two daughters.​
