Andrew Mitchell has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting, working primarily with middle-market companies in the manufacturing, construction, retail, and consumer products industries. His client service experience includes assurance engagements with companies that are planning for, or have performed, significant merger and acquisition activities. Andrew has significant experience advising companies in the area of revenue recognition, share-based compensation, business combinations, and complex equity and debt financings.
