Ryan Currie

Ryan has more than 15 years of experience in all areas of taxation for entities ranging from closely held to large publicly traded companies, large and mid-capitalized private companies and portfolio companies of private equity firms. He also has experience in the following tax areas: corporate and partnership compliance and general consulting, tax controversy assistance, ASC 740 tax provision services, mergers and acquisition services including due diligence support, accounting methods, global tax integration, tax function effectiveness, international tax, transfer pricing, credit & incentive services and state income tax matters including planning and structuring.

Ryan has served clients in multiple industries with a primary concentration in manufacturing and distribution, energy and energy services, professional services, technology and private equity. Prior to joining BDO USA, Ryan served as the tax practice leader for a national firm's Houston office.
