Ross Sheil

Ross has more than nine years of combined experience providing financial reporting and technical accounting services, cost accounting and operational guidance, and transactional advisory services.

As a part of BDO’s Private Equity Value Creation team, Ross concentrates on post-acquisition integration, interim chief financial officer (CFO) support, and performance improvement. He has worked extensively with middle-market management teams on budgeting and forecasting, synergy assessment and strategic initiative execution, financial reorganization, and treasury management. His experience also includes lender advisory focused on the assessment of refinancing strategies, operational enhancement and risk mitigation.
