Paul Heiselmann has more than 30 years of professional experience providing tax, operational and business strategy services to companies in a range of industries, including technology and life sciences, retail, manufacturing and distribution, professional services, and private equity. Paul’s experience includes corporate, partnership and individual taxation, as well as mergers and acquisitions, and international and multistate taxes. He has consulted on a vast array of tax issues, including public and private offerings, licensing and intellectual property ownership, stock option and equity taxation, R&D credits, accounting methods, and accounting for income taxes.
In addition to his work in public accounting, Paul held senior executive positions at several professional services organizations, where he was responsible for providing strategic business advice to Fortune 100 companies in areas such as establishing programs for innovation and idea generation, enhancement of sales and marketing programs, development and implementation of e-business strategies, and human capital development.
Paul lectures widely, both in the United States and abroad, on issues such as stock and partnership equity structuring and taxation related to e-business. In addition, he has co-authored numerous articles on e-business taxation for Tax Planning International E-Commerce and appeared on CNNfn discussing topics related to taxation.
