Nathan Dick

Since joining BDO in 2005, Nathan has served clients in a variety of industries ranging in size from small private companies to large publicly traded corporations. 

During this time, Nathan has maintained a focus on the financial services, financial institution and specialty finance industries. Nathan’s clients in these industries have included broker dealers, investment funds, investment advisors, commodity traders, non-traditional lenders, mortgage REITs, banks, credit unions and corporate credit unions. Nathan has substantial experience with the regulatory frameworks of companies in these industries and is skilled at designing and delivering tailored audit services based on the unique circumstances of clients in this space. Nathan has extensive experience with the valuation of complex investment portfolios including investments in asset backed securities, collateralized debt obligations, commodities, limited partnerships, real estate, corporate debt, and various derivative instruments.

In addition to financial services, Nathan has served clients engaged in technology, software development, consumer retail, biotech, and manufacturing. Nathan has significant experience with SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance.
