Melanie has 19 years of experience in public accounting. She has served publicly and privately owned companies crossing various industries, including natural resources, manufacturing, engineering and construction, transportation, technology, media, telecom, and retail. Her natural resources experience spans subsectors of the industry, including midstream, upstream, downstream, oilfield services, drillers, renewables, and fully integrated energy companies. ​

Melanie’s experience includes accounting for income taxes under ASC 740 and IAS 12, federal corporate and partnership tax compliance, and tax consulting and planning for large multinational corporations. She has served as the lead tax specialist on multinational publicly traded attest clients, including one of the top 10 largest global companies by way of revenue.
