With more than 15 years of experience, he helps multinational corporations proactively manage their international Value Added Tax/Goods and Services Tax (VAT/GST) footprint and compliance obligations.
Matt has extensive experience advising clients on potential VAT/GST exposure while proactively identifying VAT/GST savings opportunities in relation to e-commerce/digital services, international mergers and acquisitions, global supply chains, and legal entity rationalization projects.
