Mara Mintz

Mara brings more than 15 years of experience in manager and leadership effectiveness, communications, change management, program management, and strategic planning across a variety of public- and private-sector industries, including higher education, technology, and nonprofit.

Mara leads consulting engagements and teams across People Strategy & Solutions, specializing in leading and managing people, culture transformations, strategic planning, change management, performance and talent management, internal communications, and meeting design and facilitation. She excels at understanding, distilling, and simplifying complex information, building alignment, and effectively partnering with and engaging employees at all levels across an organization to create lasting, positive change.

Mara has led comprehensive and collaborative strategic planning efforts for numerous public and private universities and has built global manager effectiveness and leadership development programs from the ground up -- in ways that are practical, scalable, and create lasting impact for individuals and their organizations.

Mara holds an MA in Communication Management from the University of Southern California and a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two children.
