Kasra is a Principal with BDO and leads firm’s Technology & Transformation offerings. With over 15 years of management and technology consulting experience, his deep industry knowledge on solution design, business process improvement, system selections, AI enablement, change management, and regulatory compliance enables him to quickly identify inefficiencies and develop solutions.

Kasra focuses on enterprise transformations, driving operational efficiency and effectiveness. He assists executives from medium and large organizations with design, implementation, and integration of best practices, enterprise systems, and AI capabilities. He helps clients define strategy, streamline and automate processes, achieve compliance, and drive high performance. Kasra’s team manages independent selection and implementation of enterprise applications with integrated AI enablement, process improvement, compliance, and change management components.

As a CPA, Kasra has a deep knowledge of industry specific financial reporting, disclosure, cost accounting, and regulatory compliance requirements. He has significant experience in leading discovery sessions to identify challenges, gather requirements, measure baseline KPIs, perform root cause analysis, develop holistic solutions, define AI use cases, and deploy organizational change. Kasra focuses on revenue (opportunity to cash), procurement (source to pay), reporting (record to report), manufacturing and delivery (plan to deliver), and human capital (hire to retire) business cycles and associated technology applications.

Prior to joining BDO, Kasra was one of the top performing members of KPMG’s Deal Advisory & Strategy practice with a focus on business integrations and separations through M&A and divestitures. His experience includes playing key roles on some of the largest and most successful strategy, transformation, and M&A integration efforts in the market.
