John Tucci

John is an audit principal with BDO’s New Jersey office and serves as the practice leader in the New York metro area for the firm’s Manufacturing & Distribution industry group. He is also a member of BDO’s public company practice. John has more than 32 years of public accounting experience, which includes extensive experience guiding public clients through IPOs, registration statements, and other SEC and regulatory filings.
 
John’s client base is primarily large multinational private and public clients in several industry sectors, and he has extensive knowledge in coordinating global audits.

In addition, John has been an instructor at numerous seminars including the BDO USA CPE program. He has also developed internal training programs while working with the National office of BDO.
